Hi Ian
My thoughts were (as they progressed with the meetings):
1. I want an overview of the process, I have a lot of fear about the steps.
2. This is ridiculous. How can I get anything out of this when we go this fast?
3. OK, I’m feeling less fear and more hopeful. I don’t know why but I feel… better.
4. Wow. What a game changer. I feel a part of instead of a part from The Program. I can’t believe how complicated I was making it. I have no more fear and am ready to fully commit to The Program. I can’t wait to do a thorough set of steps. I want to go deeper.

The results from this workshop have been incredible. I really appreciate the simple, practical, actions encouraged to complete the steps. Highlights the addage “this is a program of action” and “the steps are meant to be done quickly and often” There is no pressure to understand the mechanics; just take the step and experience the result.
